Counselling & Education

We offer supportive counselling, one-on-one education and education for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities – all free of charge.

The GSA network provides consultation, training, event funding, school visits, networking and more to people involved in a GSA, or those who want to start one.
We provide short-term counselling for people who are pregnant and considering their options. We offer counselling on all pregnancy options: parenting, adoption and abortion.
Our Relationship and Sexual Health Education program gives youth the opportunity to build their knowledge, skills, and motivation to make informed, healthy choices about their bodies, relationships, and sexuality.

Girls Program is a school- and community-based program for girls aged 8-13 to build confidence, develop essential life skills and foster healthy relationships.
We provide education to people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. A support worker or natural support, such as a parent, may also attend these sessions.
