We offer supportive counselling, one-on-one education and education for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities – all free of charge.

Supportive Counselling

We provide short-term supportive counselling for issues related to relationships, sexuality, gender and sexual diversity and sexual health.

One-on-one Education

Educators are available for 15- to 60-minute education sessions that can be facilitated on a number of topics on Zoom or in person.

Education for People with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

We provide education to people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.

Relationship and Sexual Health Education

We offer youth the opportunity to build their knowledge, skills, and motivation to make informed, healthy choices about their bodies, relationships, and sexuality.

We offer a variety of programs to support, empower and connect the Two-Spirit and LGBTQ+ community.

Healthy Relationships Program for 2SLGBTQ+ Youth

The Healthy Relationships Program for 2SLGBTQ+ youth is a positive mental health promotion program for gender and sexually diverse youth.

Pregnancy Options Counselling

We provide short-term counselling for people who are pregnant and considering their options. We offer counselling on all pregnancy options: parenting, adoption and abortion.
