Janet Loduca is Senior Vice President of External Affairs & Chief Legal and Sustainability Officer at Pembina Pipeline Corporation, where she oversees the legal, safety, and external affairs functions, as well as the company’s long-term sustainability strategy.

Janet has nearly 30 years of legal, environmental, regulatory, sustainability, and operational experience. Prior to joining Pembina, Janet was an environmental attorney in private practice at Beveridge & Diamond PC, an environmental prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice and held a number of senior leadership roles at Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E).

Janet holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Washington and a law degree from the University of San Francisco. She served for nearly 10 years on the board of directors for Girls Inc. of Alameda, an organization dedicated to inspiring all girls to be Strong, Smart and Bold.
