Alecia is a passionate ecosystem builder and purpose driven leader with an intersectional career in economic development and technology. She is the Executive Director of Digital Alberta where she has the privilege of shining a light on the local innovators and problem solvers harnessing immersive technology to entertain fans around the world and transform primary industries.

Alecia represents Alberta’s interactive digital media sector on the national stage through her work with the Canadian Interactive Alliance and Entertainment Software Association of Canada. She cares deeply about creating healthy cultures where everyone can thrive. She has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Calgary and attended Boston University’s global marketing and communication international program in the UK.
